A Dao of Web design

March 12, 2008

The Tao is an ancient  religion  from  early  China.  In  this  article  the  author  tries to  make  a connection  between  the  unity  of  opposing  forces  in  the  “Dao”  and  web  design. See the correlation between the art of the Tao and the art of web design, but i think in a way the article dilutes the meaning of the Tao. Some of the topics covered include the art of uses texts that looks the sample a PC and a MAC. Layout font size and screen size and some accessibility issues brought to attention in the article. These problems can be accessed better in the coding than in a “what you see is what you get” editor. Perhaps that is the real Tao of web design.
